Refund Policy

Refunds:
You can request a refund within 30-days of receiving your PulsePawz products. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. A $5 return processing fee will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30-days of receiving your PulsePawz product. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.
Damaged Products:
We've gone through extensive quality control testing and found that under normal use, our products are built to hold up well over time. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (e.g. torn, cracked, broken) due to misuse or normal wear and tear, and we do not refund/exchange/replace items damaged due to customer negligence.
